Broken

First off I'd like to say you did a wonderful job with bringing emotion to this drawing. I can really tell that she is sad but then again it's obvious because she is crying. I applaud you with that. There are a few things that I think you can do to improve this picture. One of the few things that stood out to me was that one of her legs is wider than the other. Continue practicing with making those shapes identical with one another. Create guidelines if you don't already do. I think this can help you make the proportions more correct and have something to go off of placement wise. Another thing is I noticed that her hair isn't flowing to the direction she is moving, it is only staying in one position. If you drew her so that she is tilting a little then make sure that her hair is flowing through the wind kind of and not staying in one place. Other than that there are only minor things like the hands which you can work on to make them less pointy and more rounded and maybe coloring. Overall I think you did great!
